You are invited to participate in a study to measure the effect of intangible aspects of the hotel on customer satisfaction. The aim of this study is about measuring the instant impact on customer’s expectations. We hope to learn about and describe hospitality intangible aspects from your perspective.

This questionnaire should take no more than 5 minutes of your time!

Any information about you that is obtained in connection with this study will remain confidential and will be disclosed only with your written permission. However, the results of the study may be published or disclosed to other people in a way that will not identify you. Your name will not be written on any records. The data from this study will be destroyed at the end of the study by shredding and erasure. Your participant is greatly appreciated and helpful.

This survey is anonymous.
The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
